These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of VIBE: AI Video Generator and the website at cheapaivideo.app(the “Service”), provided by VIBE. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and able to comply with these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

The Service

VIBE is an AI video generator that turns text prompts, photos, images and creative ideas into AI-generated video clips using a range of supported AI models. Available models, features, duration, resolution, audio support and pricing may change, and access may depend on platform, region, availability and product configuration.

Your Content

• You retain ownership of the images and prompts you provide (“Inputs”).
• You are responsible for your Inputs and must only upload content you own or have permission to use.
• You grant us the licence needed to process your Inputs and generate outputs, including sending them to third-party model providers to run generations.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload or distribute content that:

• infringes intellectual property, privacy or publicity rights;
• impersonates others or is used for fraud, harassment or deception;
• is unlawful, harmful, hateful, or sexually exploitative;
• attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

AI-Generated Output

AI video quality can vary and outputs may contain artefacts or inaccuracies. Rights to use generated videos — including commercial use — depend on the specific model's licensing and applicable terms. Review the relevant model licensing information before using outputs commercially. You are responsible for how you use generated content.

Credits, Purchases & Subscriptions

Some features require credits, tokens or a subscription. Prices and generation costs may vary by model, duration, resolution and other settings. Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are subject to those platforms' terms, and billing is managed by them. Except where required by law, purchases may be non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by VIBE and its licensors and is protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.

Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party AI models and platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms and policies apply to their part of the processing.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that outputs will meet your expectations.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VIBE will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
